Over a year ago, OutSport Toronto arrived at a mission statement that laid out what it was to be about in the here and now. That statement helped form the organisation and gave it parameters for what it should do. Now we need to take it a step further, and develop a vision statement to help the organisation determine where it should be headed, and a set of values statement to ensure OutSport Toronto heads in that direction the way we want it to.
Nominees and heads of member organisations will be receiving an invitation to join the directors of OutSport Toronto in a facilitated workshop to do exactly that, and help shape OutSport Toronto in the way we want it to be.
