OUTSPORT TORONTO is thrilled to introduce our newest member, and first true LGBT Ally: the Argonaut Rowing Club.
Founded in 1872, the Argonaut Rowing Club (ARC) is one of Canada's oldest and largest clubs. The club has continued to play a significant role in this classic, demanding and rewarding sport.
Located on the Western Beaches of Toronto, it offers novice and experienced rowers excellent rowing conditions along a breakwater-protected course.
The Argonaut Rowing Club is run by volunteers and governed by a member-elected Board of Directors.
The ARC volunteers will be on hand at OUTSPORT TORONTO's LGBT Multi-Sports Info Night on August 5th at Woody’s - Come join Argonaut Rowing Club and Learn to Row!
Their next Learn to Row sessions are scheduled for August 9th.
