FrontRunners Toronto is a chapter of the International FrontRunners GBLT running organisation.

Since 1987, we've been bringing together competitive and recreational runners of all abilities - from novices to advanced competitive runners - for recreation, health and friendship.  Departing from Toronto's lesbian and gay village, we run a variety of routes that can be tailored to your exercise level: comfortable, challenging or rigorous.  We organise races and relay team events from 5 km to marathon distance.

Muddy York RFC is a progressive rugby club in Toronto which reflects the diversity and uniqueness of the city in which we live and prides itself on being inclusive of all sexual orientations.

Established in 2003, we are a 40-member club that completes competitively in the Toronto Rugby Union against predominantly straight teams throughout the GTA.

Founded in 1872, the Argonaut Rowing Club (ARC) is one of Canada's oldest and largest clubs.  The club has continued to play a significant role in this classic, demanding and rewarding sport.  Located on the Western Beaches of Toronto, it offers novice and experienced rowers excellent rowing conditions along a breakwater-protected course.

Started back in 1993, Crag Crux Climbers is a club for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans-gendered people and their friends.

Our mission is to promote climbing in the LGBT community in an inclusive, fun, and social environment. We do so by organising climbing nights at local gyms, outdoor climbing trips, social events, beginners nights, and through outreach into the larger LGBT and climbing communities.

The Downtown Swim Club is a Toronto Masters swim club.   The DSC welcomes all levels of swimmers who have in common not how fast they are, but how hard they work (or how much fun they have!) while swimming.

Our Mission

Out and Out Toronto provides a wide variety of indoor and outdoor social, recreational, and sporting activities. It’s a great way to meet people, build relationships, get some exercise, learn new things, and just have fun!

All of the activities are inclusive and created by the members for the members. We have activities for beginners who want to try something new and activities for those who are more experienced.

The Toronto Gay Hockey Association (TGHA) is a non-contact, social, ice hockey league for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (GLBT), and heterosexual men and women over the age of eighteen. The league is a not for profit organization run by volunteers. Nine teams comprised of players from various backgrounds and skill levels play every Sunday evening at the Canlan Ice Sports - York complex, located on the grounds of York University. The regular season begins in late September and ends with playoffs in the Spring. Spectators are always welcome.

The TGFL is Toronto's only LGBT flag football league and has been in operation since May of 2009. TGFL is open to players of all ages (18+) and skill levels who are interested in playing this great sport. Whether you haven't played since high school or are completely new to the sport and just want to try it, this is the time for you to come out and give flag football a shot!

Since 1985 over 19,500 people have tested positive for HIV in Toronto, over one quarter of Canada's HIV-positive population. The need is great and Toronto People With AIDS Foundation (PWA) provides accessible, direct and practical information and support services, such as food, health promotion, income support and treatment programs. The Friends For Life Bike Rally supports PWA and helps to raise almost half of its annual operating budget.

The Toronto Historical Bowling Society (THBS) was formed in 1983 by a small group of local gay people looking to have fun and socialize.  All gay positive bowlers of all bowling averages are welcome.  We are a fun handicap league and look forward to having you join us.  The league has grown in leaps and bounds to one of the largest leagues in the world with close to 300 bowlers, bowling three nights a week.
