Volunteer Co-ordinator

Good with people?  Like to organise things?  Looking for an opportunity to get involved in LGBT sport and recreation?  We've got a role for you!

OUTSPORT TORONTO is looking for a Volunteer Co-ordinator.  This volunteer role will be responsible for intake, orientation, placement, and overall co-ordination to volunteers for OUTSPORT TORONTO.  You'll work directly with the board of directors in determining needs, and then interviewing volunteer candidates, determining fit with available volunteer opportunities, making sure they are well integrated into OUTSPORT TORONTO, and following up with them to ensure their experience with us is a good one!

If you're a self-starter, with experience in volunteer and / or human resources management, we'd love to hear from you!  Send a copy of your resume to volunteer@OutSportToronto.org with the subject line "Volunteer Co-ordinator".
